Easyblock Blocksystem for Licensing Partners

The Easyblock block system is the result of four years of development work and extensive field testing. With 23 optimized block types, the system offers maximum flexibility in the wall design and installation of retaining walls. The precise interlocking system enables a perfect installation and high structural safety.

Benefits for your end customers

The flexible construction method allows the realization of customized wall configurations. From precisely fitting corners to individual curves and stepped transitions, the system offers exceptional versatility. Wall heights from 40 cm to well over 10 meters can be achieved. Easyblock is a European licensed product developed in Austria and proven throughout Europe for quality, durability and design flexibility.

Systematic profitability

Easyblock opens up a profitable project business with high margins and reliable cost certainty. The licence fee is based solely on the turnover per block sold, with no fixed monthly costs. Regional production exclusivity ensures a clear unique selling point and stable sales channels. High-quality European steel moulds with quick-release fasteners and coated inner surfaces shorten the production time and reduce the costs per block. Our software also provides an accurate list of the necessary block types.

Optimised formwork technology

All 23 block types can be produced with just 10 steel formworks. The formworks are robust, low-maintenance and designed for daily use. All mechanical components are within easy reach and eye level, are easily accessible and ensure smooth production processes.

A high-quality polyurethane mould enables over 750 production cycles with consistent surface quality. The precise corner design of the steel formwork guarantees dimensionally stable blocks with cleanly cast edges. The use of a proven formwork oil is recommended for optimum release and long mould life.

Simple production process

All that is required for the production is concrete, ball head anchors, a forklift or crane, a bottle vibrator and two workers.

This results in short production cycles with high repeat accuracy. The integrated ball head anchor facilitates the removal of the formwork as well as the assembly of the blocks on the construction site.
